Replicating Nature

It's well-established that the flavor of meat comes from a combination of different cell types, each with a unique structure.

Additionally, while all cell types in an organism receive the same nutrients, they produce distinct protein profiles.

We also know that cells secrete growth-promoting factors and support each other through cell signaling (Autocrine/Paracrine).

Considering these fundamental aspects of cell biology and their relation to meat, and given that we have a formulation (SP CDM) suitable for various cell types, we are currently co-culturing Chicken Fibroblasts and Chicken Muscle cells.
